SECTION 1: TERMS OF USE AND PUBLISHING (PUBLISHER)

SECTION 2: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (E-COMMERCE)

1. Subject

These terms govern the purchase of digital products (documents, templates, software, hereinafter "Digital Products") made through the Site. The seller is Meteora Web, based in Via M. della Rocca n° 35, 92019 Sciacca (AG), Italy.

2. Purchase Procedure

The submission of an order counts as a contractual proposal. The contract is concluded upon sending the order confirmation or upon immediate availability of the Digital Product download in the user's reserved area.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made through secure circuits (Stripe, PayPal). The supply of the digital good is subject to successful payment.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive and national regulations, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content through a non-material support if the performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By downloading or viewing the full preview of a Digital Product, the User declares to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Warranty of Conformity

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/770, we guarantee the conformity of digital products for 2 years from supply. In case of technical defects, the user is entitled to have the file restored or to a refund if restoration is not possible.

6. License for Use and Intellectual Property

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license for use. Resale, public sharing, or unauthorized duplication of purchased documents and software is strictly prohibited.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sciacca (AG), Italy, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
