The new space, called the Scheduled page, appears as a shortcut in the ChatGPT sidebar. From here, you can view the list of active tasks with details on when they will run. Each task can be paused, edited, or deleted with a simple click. OpenAI also stated that all scheduled tasks are now faster and more reliable, thanks to backend improvements.
How to schedule a prompt
To set a future task, simply formulate a request indicating a specific time or a broader time frame, such as morning, afternoon, or evening. ChatGPT will handle the request automatically, requiring no further intervention. This flexibility is useful for reminders, regular updates, or monitoring web information. You can also set monitoring tasks, where ChatGPT proactively searches the web or connected apps, flagging relevant changes.

Availability and sunsetting of Pulse
The new scheduled tasks experience is rolling out to users on Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans, both on web and mobile. OpenAI has not yet announced a date for the free tier. At the same time, the company announced the discontinuation of Pulse, the personalized daily summaries service launched last year. Pro users can continue using Pulse for the next 14 days; after that, they can generate future summaries through the new hub.
