After appearing in a popular soccer game, everyone's favorite green ogre has now entered Ubisoft's fighting game Brawlhalla. The Brawlhalla x Shrek crossover event celebrates the 25th anniversary of the 2001 film that won the first Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Players can now control Shrek, Fiona, and Puss in Boots, with Donkey available as a companion.
The event, running until August 19, introduces unique fighting styles for each character. Shrek smashes foes with his "Beware of Ogre" sign, while Fiona relies on fists and feet to wreak havoc. Puss uses a sword and lance for swift attacks, and Donkey reacts to battlefield events as a cheerful cheerleader.
New maps and premium items in the Brawlhalla x Shrek event
Beyond characters, the event brings two new maps: Shrek's Swamp and Shrek's Muddy Swamp. Players can purchase premium items with real money, including a KO effect featuring Mongo the giant gingerbread man, as well as emoji skins for Lord Farquaad, Dragon, and Pinocchio. These additions enrich the gameplay and offer fans new ways to customize their matches.
